All my life, only two people have cut my hair. The first is my older sister and I was about 4 or so when that happened, making her 6. The second person (and the person who had to fix the "haircut" my sister gave me) is my Aunt Jacki. Jacki is my mom's only younger sister. She has a salon in her house and I know it might sound crazy that she is the only one to have ever styled my hair in my almost 23 years of life, but if it isn't broke, why fix it? Yesterday I had a long over due appointment to get my hair re-highlighted and trimmed. Keldrie came with me and since she needed a trim of her hair too, we threw her in the chair once I was finished.
Pre-cut, her bangs are hanging annoyingly in her eyes.
I didn't get a real good 'after' picture, but she looks much better, and so do I. Glad to have both of us trimmed up for the beginning of spring.
In other news, Matt bought me a rose last week when I wasn't feeling well. I'm not only mentioning this because my husband is very sweet like that, but also, because this rose which was bought on Tuesday of last week is still looking beautiful! It's amazing. Guys, take note, Smith's has some good flowers.
She looks so cute sitting there like a big girl waiting to get her hair cut, I can't wait to see her in person.
