Grandpa climbed into the swing set with the grandkids.....
The binkie got out of Russell's reach.....
Well, at the party, Gaby informed us all that she was having her baby on Friday. She said she was just going to walk around Target until she went into labor. We all got a good laugh over it, but then on Friday morning, we got the news that Daniel had made his entrance into the world. The next day, I watched the other 3 kids for a while so Gaby and Spencer could have some time to enjoy their little bundle together. We had a blast with them.

The girls played dress up! See the dress Julia is wearing? That is my dress. And it hits me mid-calf. Julia just started the first grade. That's right, I'm almost as short as a 6 year old.
A crown and gloves complete the outfit!
Once the girls were all dressed up, it was time for tea and crumpets. Or rather, Sprite and Cheetos.
Josh had some too, but he didn't join in the dress up part.
Later, Matt came home ( I don't remember from where, but I do remember he was gone for the first bit.) and played with the kids while I made some sandwiches. Later, Spencer came to pick them back up. Keldrie loves having friends over, and aren't cousins the best type of friend?
In other news, Russell is crawling now and spent a few days going more backwards than forwards, which resulted in this:
Now he has got his gears straight and loves following his sister around anywhere he can go. Our house now has three road blocks: the bottom of the stairs, at the two stairs between the living room and family room, and into the kitchen, where I haven't finished child-proofing everything.
